About the event

Ease into fall with gentle, guided sessions designed to support your mind-body connection and inner sense of wellbeing. This 8-week online series runs from Monday, October 20 to Thursday, December 11, and includes the following weekly practices:


Qi Gong Mind-Body Movement Practices

Led by Harvey Skinner, PhD

Mondays and Thursdays | 12:00–12:30 PM


Mindfulness Meditation Practices

Led by Susan Harris, MSW
