WELLNESS IMPACT LAB
Who We Are
At the Wellness Impact Lab (WIL), we believe that caring for the mind and body and caring for our planet go hand in hand. That's why our lab facilitates events, research, and publications exploring the connection between mental well-being, climate resilience, and the power of collective action—because when we nurture our own well-being, we create the foundation for a healthier, more sustainable world.
Through collaborative research, community engagement, and action-driven projects, we focus on building strength, fostering innovation, and inspiring meaningful change. You're welcome to join us!

Our Mission
Our mission is to promote integrated health and wellness practices for personal growth and collective action. A key focus is strengthening our personal capacities for skillfully turning toward climate distress as a basis for fostering resiliency and initiatives. Our passion is ‘healing ourselves, healing others, healing our world’.
Our Climate Cafés are a welcoming, judgment-free space to explore climate change, eco-anxiety, and the emotions that come along with caring about our planet. Led by two trained facilitators, these relaxed, friendly conversations offer a chance to reflect, share experiences, and connect with others who are passionate about building a brighter future. Whether you're looking for support, inspiration, or people who think like you, you’re always welcome here.

A Climate Fresk is an interactive workshop that makes climate science clear, engaging, and solution-focused. Through a hands-on activity, participants work together to explore how human actions shape our planet and how we can build a more sustainable future. Whether you're new to climate conversations or looking to deepen your understanding, this experience will leave you feeling informed, inspired, and ready to make a difference.
